Teulon Canada Day celebrations are only made possible by the generous donation of time by our volunteers.

We have a variety of positions for volunteers in 3 hour shift blocks. Thank you for your support!

Positions for June 30th

Canteen

Must be 14+ years of age

Preparation of Dinner/Canteen during day

  1. 10:00 am – 1:00pm
  2. 1:00 – 4:00pm

Serving in Canteen

  1. 4:00 – 7:00
  2. 5:00 – 8:00
  3. 6:30 – 9:30
  4. 7:30 – close

Barbeque – assist designated person with barbeque duties

  1. 3:30 – 6:30
  2. 5:00 – 8:00
  3. 7:30 – close

Fries – assist designated person with serving & cooking fries

  1. 3:00 – 6:00
  2. 5:00 – 8:00
  3. 7:30 – close

    Drive Golf Shuttle

    Must have valid driver’s license

    1. 4:00 – 7:00
    2. 7:00 – 10:00

      Bouncer Supervisors

      Volunteers – must have 1 adult all times, others may be 16+

      1. 4:00 – 7:00
      2. 5:00 – 8:00
      3. 6:00 – 9:00

        Set up & Tear Down of Event

        Variety of Jobs

        1. Setting & taking down tents
        2. Setting & taking down bouncer
        3. Canteen

        Set time 10:00am, tear down times will vary

              Canteen - Lion's Club

              Assist Lions with Serving in canteen

              1. 11:30 – 2:30
              2. 12:00 – 3:00
              3. 1:00 – 4:00

              Assist designated person with Fries

                1. 11:00 – 2:00
                2. 12:00 – 3:00
                3. 2:00 – close

                  Homemade Carnival Games

                  Assist with running games & handing out prizes

                  Volunteers may be 12+

                  1. 11:30 – 2:30
                  2. 1:30 – 4:30

                    Drive Golf Shuttle
